Thus, we are not having monthly meetings at this time. We hope to hold monthly meetings in the future. We began the protest in March 2025 and it has been carried on weekly for over one year. We provide huge, highly visible banners. Please join us. 6th ANNUAL CLIMATE CRISIS ART EXHIBIT opens

Waco Friends of the Climate announces the opening of the 6th ANNUAL CLIMATE CRISIS ART EXHIBIT at Art Center Waco, through April 29.

Please visit the exhibit and see 109 artworks total, in the Adult, College, High School, Junior High, & Elementary Divisions.

The artworks comment on the climate crisis, with beauty, warnings and inspiration.

Vote for your favorite artwork in the Peoples' Choice competition, the winner of which receives an award of $400.

There will be approximately one dozen judged awards.

First place in the judged Adult division wins $1000.

FREE climate business cards with 15 actions to take to fight climate breakdown.--

FREE "Climate Crisis is Here" yard signs.

FREE reception on Friday, April 21, 5pm until 7pm.
