Waco Friends of the Climate July Meeting

Waco Friends of the Climate will hold its July business meeting and film on Tuesday, July 26, at the South Waco Library (2737 S. 18th St) large meeting room. Business starts at 6:00 pm and the film starts around 6:30pm.

Business will review actions since the June meeting and discuss programs and events for the future.

Our film will be the documentary "THE TROUBLEMAKER," the story of the amazing climate protest group Extinction Rebellion. In addition to shutting down the City of London, they have staged some of the most creative actions in the history of the climate movement.

There will probably be a group action during the meeting.

Cold soft drinks will be provided.  Members are asked to provide vegan snacks, such as veggies, fruits and desserts.
