Important Announcements

Meetings are currently held on the 4th Tuesday, 6pm, at the South Waco Library, 2737 S. 18th St., Waco, TX 76706. Meetings occur most months, but each should be confirmed by an announcement on this website This website can now be reached entering the following URL: www.friendsoftheclimate.org. LIVE MEETINGS AGAIN?

We are eager to begin in person FOC meetings again.  However, with the roaring increase in COVID delta cases in recent weeks, we cannot scientifically justify a meeting now.  We will resume meetings ASAP, and in the meantime, all of our members should absolutely be fully vaccinated, unless they have a medical contraindication.  Our plan for meetings at this point is to use a meeting room of the Waco McLennan County Library system, use their AV equipment, and  have a nice catered vegan meal.  We expect this to be an upgrade in our meetings and we look forward to very informative and enjoyable experiences.
