Meetings are currently held on the 4th Tuesday, 6pm, at the South Waco Library, 2737 S. 18th St., Waco, TX 76706. July 11th Styrofoam Collection Reminder

Waco Friends of the Climate will hold a Drive-Through Styrofoam Recycling Event,

Sunday, July 11, from 1pm until 5pm, rain or shine, in the parking lot

 at the corner of Waco and Valley Mills Drives, in front of the

 Ocean Buffet.  


Drive between orange cones to the U-Haul trucks,

and  stay in vehicles as the Styrofoam is removed..  Please

wear a mask if unvaccinated.  Clean Styrofoam food containers

and large blocks/molded pieces are accepted.  Small pieces should be placed in bags,

and peanuts are not accepted.  The service is free.
