Solar Tour Epilogue

From Alan Northcutt:

The National Solar Tour was virtual this year, but no doubt we still reached people and stimulated interest in this clean technology.

I want to especially thanks those activists who prepared video or still image open houses of their systems in 2020:
  • Harrison Ward
  • Josh King
  • Bill Matta
  • Dave Morrow
  • Ann Sims
I viewed all the productions and you all did a great job. I'm sure we stimulated interest in Wacoans to consider their own installations.

I wanted to mention, for clarification, that Ann Sims beautiful video was not on the Solar Tour Waco page with the other videos. Her video WAS on the National Solar Tour site, however, and was available to be seen. It was probably a mistake by the National Tour folks. Ii'm not too surprised, as there has been quite a bit of confusion and disorganization at times. It’s not a big issue since her video was still available. I just wanted to explain in case anyone wondered where Ann's video was.

I hope to be organizing a live tour in about 9 months or so, but if the science dictates virtual, we will follow the science. Enjoy your solar systems and feel good about doing the right thing. Many thanks again.

Alan
