Utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, academy award winner Louie Psihoyos (The Cove) has assembled a team of artists and activists intent on showing the world never-before-seen images that expose issues of endangered species and mass extinction.

Racing Extinction is an outstanding film that is enlightening and very entertaining.  It discusses the current 6th mass extinction and the factors producing it:  climate change, the international wildlife trade, and the contributions of diet and agriculture.  It is a visually stunning documentary and is an inspiring affirmation to preserve life as we know it.

"Contrasting the ugliness of destruction with the beauty of its victims is the film’s core aesthetic."
     Jeannette Catsoulis, New York Times

"If a documentary can be both alarming and oddly reassuring, it's the gripping splash of cold cinematic water Racing Extinction."
Joe Neumaier, New York Daily News
