REVEREND BILLY AND THE CHURCH OF STOP SHOPPING is the Friends of Peace selection for December. In keeping with our tradition of screening something light in December, we bring you an entertaining and amusing work by the talented Rev. Billy and his minions.  We have seen two of his films previously, and this selection is just as much fun.  In addition, it teaches us something about doing actions, about creativity in demonstrations, and about courage.

"The most hilarious and pointed political theater in New York"--NY Times

"A highly entertaining documentary film."--Boston Globe
