Thus, we are not having monthly meetings at this time. We hope to hold monthly meetings in the future. We began the protest in March 2025 and it has been carried on weekly for over one year. We provide huge, highly visible banners. Please join us. Delivery of signs is available. Help raise awareness of the climate crisis, deeply needed in Waco. 6) Winners of the "Sixth Annual Climate Crisis Art Exhibit" may be found in the Archives, April 2023. April 2011 Meeting.

The Friends of Peace will have no meeting on our usual 2nd Thursday date in April. We had a special meeting and lecture on April 4 to accommodate a guest speaker. Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday May 12, 2011. We will have a business meeting at 6pm and a film with discussion starting at 6 30pm. Free pizza buffet at 6pm. Everyone welcome. The venue is the Westend meeting room at Poppa Rollo's Pizza, 703 N. Valley Mills Drive in Waco. Thanks for your interest in the Waco Friends of Peace.
