Meetings are currently held on the 4th Tuesday, 6pm, at the South Waco Library, 2737 S. 18th St., Waco, TX 76706. FREE YARD SIGNS

the WACO FRIENDS OF PEACE and
the FRIENDS COMMITTEE ON NATIONAL LEGISLATION
present free yard signs:

"WAR IS NOT THE ANSWER."
PLEASE speak out for peace by placing a yard sign in your yard or in your window. The signs are durable
and weather-resistant, and come with stakes. There are two ways to obtain your free sign:

1)Attend the free monthly Friends of Peace meeting, second Thursday, 6p.m. at Poppa Rollo's Pizza, 703 N. Valley
Mills Drive, Waco. The meeting includes a documentary and pizza buffet. Signs available throughout the meeting.

2)Call 254-744-1682, leave a message, and we will arrange a meeting time to pick up a sign.


Militarism is so powerful in our culture. Help speak out for peace in Waco by making a simple but powerful
statement in the place you live. It will stimulate thought and conversation, and positive karma for peace. Let's
fill Central Texas with thousands of signs.
